We only send messages or notifications to job seekers/customers who have opted in to receive updates from us. If you have not signed up for our notifications, you will not receive any messages from us.

Our official communication channels include phone calls from our business numbers, email, our website, and our official social media accounts. Any communication received from a different source claiming to be from us should be treated with suspicion.

We will never ask you for sensitive personal information, such as your Social Insurance Number, credit card details, or passwords, through text messages or any unsolicited communication. Please be cautious of such requests.

If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Resolve Recruit, we strongly advise you not to click on any links or provide any personal information. Instead, please contact our team immediately at compliance@resolverecruit.com to report the incident.
