Resolve Recruit, Inc. Celebrates One-Year Anniversary of Name Change

Resolve Recruit, Inc. (www.ResolveRecruit.com), one of Mississauga’s leading employment agencies, is marking the one-year anniversary of its name change and its grand opening at its current Mississauga location. Although the name change itself happened in November of 2014, it was not until the March 2015 grand opening at the Mississauga location that Resolve Recruit began officially operating under the title.

“There was nothing wrong with the old name, exactly,” explains Kim Muir, the managing director of Resolve Recruit. “However as the company evolved and expanded, the old branding no longer reflected the full range of permanent, temporary, and contract placements that were being covered.”

Muir is referring to the original name of TOPNOTCH Call Centre Staffing & Recruitment Inc. As the company grew and its focus rose beyond call centres, the name began to make less sense. Although numerous achievements were acquired during the TOPNOTCH era, including becoming a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise in 2014, it was felt that the name was growing too confining.

“The name ‘Resolve Recruit’ better reflects the company’s current vision and the possibilities opened by this new growth,” notes Muir. “In addition to a new focus on bilingual and multilingual recruitment, the company now services employees across multiple industries including healthcare, logistics, banking, accounting, marketing, insurance and human resources, not just call centres.”

Since re-branding to “Resolve Recruit” one year ago, the company has reached several milestones, in particular with two employees celebrating five years with Resolve Recruit. The company has also noticed a visible increase in temporary staffing sales. Looking forward to the future, Muir reveals that additional technological options are being investigated as a way to enhance organizational efficiencies and client services.

“We believe that true success is only attained when both the employer and the employee are fully satisfied with the outcome,” Muir concludes. “Being a Canadian owned-and-operated company with solid partnerships with clients and job seekers for more than 15 years definitely shows our commitment to our clients.
