• Coordinate processes on lead management
• Schedule leads for Advisors
• Set objectives, analyze call center metrics, ensure that the company and staff meet goals and provide reliable, efficient support for customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Must have LLQP license,
• 2 years of Insurance sales experience (minimum of 100 apps)
• Must have minimum 6 months experience of call center Insurance sales.
• Previous Management experience an asset.
• Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• Working in compliance with OHSA and its regulations
• Reporting any known workplace hazards or OHSA violations
• Knowing your rights under the OHSA
