ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Review, customize, enhance, and expand CRM using Vtiger software platform. • Train Advisors, staff, and Management on using custom CRM. • This includes managing users, generating reports (including ad-hoc), ensuring sufficient backups, Acceptance Testing, administering disaster recovery plans and creating support documentation for maintenance procedures. • Design mobile apps • Design quotation software • Other projects as assigned. • Troubleshoot end user hardware and software issues. • Analyze end user requirements and make recommendations. *Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements • Must have experience with Vtiger software. • Must have experience designing mobile apps. • Web design and coding experience would be an asset. • Project management certification or experience preferred Preferred Skills • Ability to work well in a team environment and servicing IT users. • Strong writing, troubleshooting and communication skills. • Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong problem-solving skills |
