About the role:

• We are looking for a driven individual with a background in customer support and or technical support.
• Manage on-boarding and product implementation for new customers joining the platform via remote consultation
• Respond to customer support queries via email
• Conduct scheduled live support sessions and webinars with customers
• Provide strategic best practices for customers to utilize their subscription to the fullest
• Enjoys problem solving and helping people
• Assist customers with technical training
• Create Help Centre documentation and technical content
• Beta test new features prior to general release in the mindset of a customer
• Advise on potential customer upsell opportunities
• Investigate customer product issues.
• Communicate and liaise between various departments (sales, development, etc.) on customer queries and issues
Must Haves:
• 1-3 years experience in a similar role or applicable position to the requirements of the role
• Customer Support/Service Background
• Results driven and Detail Oriented
• Entrepreneurial spirit and is okay with ambiguity
• Problem solving & troubleshooting skills
• Patience with customers
• Can craft simple and well thought out email responses
• Adapts quickly to new technology and software
• Must be comfortable with command lines and scripting
• Compassionate and understanding
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Positive attitude
