Job Overview:
The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for learning company purchasing policies and procedures, and maintaining supply inventory levels required for effective company operation. The successful candidate will also be charged with conducting regular price comparisons to ensure that the company is always getting the best price for each product that is purchased.

• Manage the inventory
• Order material for the branches across the country
• Provide PO’s for material and equipment and receive against those PO’s
• Manage the PO’s and backorders in Microsoft Dynamics
• Source material required for electrical installations
• Price materials for quotes
• Create purchase order returns
• Create new part numbers
• Coordinate receipt of material with customer service/dispatch to ensure jobs are completed in a timely fashion
• Daily transfer of stock to service trucks or customer locations

Preferred skills and Requirements
• University degree preferred
• Experience with electrical parts or lighting preferred
