Job Summary: Our client is manufacturer of smart water metering products and related technologies. They empower property owners with Intelligent Water Management tools that identify issues, monitor usage, and mitigate water damage. We are looking for a Bilingual candidate as an addition to their team to provide an exceptional customer experience by providing innovative solutions.

• Monitoring properties for water damage and action alerts including outbound calls to customers to inform, identify and resolve potential issues within the property
• Dispatching technicians and plumbers to scheduled services and installations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets, and contribute in a fast-paced, and ever-changing work environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be flexible to work different schedules often including evenings, weekends and holidays based on business needs
• Minimum 2-year customer service call center experience is required
• Experience with security monitoring and dispatch considered an asset
