• Order handling and invoicing according to company’s sales terms and regulations
• Plan and arrange transports and deliveries
• Apply right incoterms, legal/customs requirements and duties
• Local stock monitoring and forecasting (if applicable)
• Sampling and Inventory Management
• Local finance: AP/AR check and registration
• Credit control and payment collection
• Customer Care and Support to Sales (Local reporting/update of all local customer and office files, brochures, technical and quality information, logistics assistance)
• Knowledge and use of NMS
• Deviation reporting
• Monitor and reduce extra costs
• Back up to colleagues during absences as per local back up instruction on NMS
• Secure delivery of products in full and time, according to customer demands
• Develop and maintain good customer service
• Develop and maintain a good local business system
• Work independently and as part of a team
Internal Contacts: Local office team, RCSC, GAM, Supply Dept, Finance Dept, TQM, Marketing, HSE, Technical Dept (all support functions in general)
External Contacts: Customers, Transporters, Inspectors, local depot, Local Bank, Consultants, all service Providers in General.
