Our client is looking for a bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Agent to coordinate and perform all customer order management activities and provide excellent customer service.
The Customer Service Agent reports directly to the Manager Customer Service.
• Process and verify customer purchase orders and requests to ensure on-time deliveries and company guidelines are followed.
• Respond, communicate and follow up with all internal and external customer inquiries and orders and with assigned carriers to provide excellent customer service, resolve any issues in the order process and follow up on Return Authorization as necessary.
• Manage customer service central email address to receive orders and requests for information and follow up in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with AR Distribution and Sales department to ensure smooth operation of order processing and completion.
• Audit and update customer master information.
• Create KPI and service reports to assist in assessing individual carrier service levels to customers.
• Bilingual, English & French
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and time-manage in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
