|Resolve Recruit’s team is growing! We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant (Sourcing Specialist) to work with our leading clients for our permanent placements division. This is permanent full-time opportunity working in the Mississauga area.|
The Recruitment Consultant will support business through sourcing, identifying and selecting the best talent for clients working in various industries.
Location: Mississauga, ON
Business Hours: Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Work closely with the Account Manager to understand client dynamics, staffing criteria and a comprehensive understanding of client/job expectations
Sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, conducting references.
Utilize various sourcing and recruiting methods and present qualified candidates to multiple client job orders and industries based on specific criteria.
Use search engines for filling positions, Boolean logic and keyword stemming principles, social search aggregators and mining of social networks
Proactively network and seek out the right candidates quickly and efficiently
Develop and execute search strategies from the sourcing map for position requisitions; identify and qualify candidates for next step in the hiring process
Responsible for research, data mining, sourcing activities related to search using industry best practices and tools i.e.: social media, online databases, and internet queries
Use role-based assessments and behavioral assessments
Manage online Assessment Resources and reporting
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media and candidate referrals.
Evaluate candidates written and verbal language skills
Ensuring all applicants conduct appropriate testing when necessary.
Create Job Ads.
Provide feedback and coaching to candidates.
Ensuring all applicants are entered into applicant tracking system.
Generating qualified leads for potential new clients
Evaluate candidates written and verbal language skills (French and English)
Other duties as assigned
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
2-3 years’ experience recruitment experience (Agency/ Search Firm Experience Preferred)
Strong Telephone & Computer skills
Education Required: High school / Post-Secondary / Related work experience
