Responsibilities:
• Answering phones
• Co-ordination of mail and faxes
• Reviewing policy documents for accuracy, and invoicing insurance documents
• Issuance of client letters, preparing binders, insurance confirmation certificates and liability certificates
• Maintaining reception area and some ordering of office supplies

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
• Friendly, Positive Attitude
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience in an Insurance Environment
• General computer experience required, including the ability to type and navigate the internet
• Must be a team player and have an aptitude for learning new technology
• Maintain and ensure public areas are tidy and presentable; Willingness to perform Office Task such as vacuuming

Asset:
• RIBO License
