Appointment Coordinator
Requirements include:
• Focusing on Customer Retention and Business Development
• Receiving inbound service and sales appointment calls
• Performing outbound service reminder calls and send emails to schedule service and sales appointments
• Handle all incoming Service calls
• Set up Service and Parts appointments
• Book appointments in the CRM
• Maintain clear records of appointments and customer requests
• Make outgoing calls for service customers that are due for service
• Make outgoing calls for customers that missed their appointments to reschedule appointments
• Call customers who have purchased parts and schedule appointment for installation

Soft (but necessary) Skill Sets Needed:
• Detail-oriented personality
• Computer savvy
• Positive attitude
• Phone manner must be friendly, personable, accommodating and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous approach and exemplary professionalism
• Must have valid driver’s license with good abstract
• Must have flexibility with work hours (including evenings and Saturdays)
• Experience with Reynolds (Ignite), XTime and CM (Contact Management) an asset
