The desired candidate should possess the below mandatory requirements sets:

? Coordinate recruitment events
? Write and place employment ads, as well as maintain the applicant tracking database.
? Review, screen, and maintain applications and resumes.
? Maintain active talent pool through ongoing candidate communications
? Conduct background screenings for all prospective employees
? Prepare offer packets, benefit packets and other employee related information
? Coordinate employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and payments
? Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
? Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
? Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
? Liaise with other support areas (payroll, benefits etc.)
? Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
? Support other functions as assigned
? Update job descriptions, as needed
? Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
? Coordinate training sessions and seminars
? Assist with the creation of training materials
? Regulatory & Compliance experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English and French
• Three to five years of proven experience as an HR Manager or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
• Strong ability in using MS Office
• Ability to work with applicant tracking system software (JobVite)
• In-depth understanding of recruitment sourcing tools and communities
• Familiarity with social media recruiting
