Bilingual Order Desk Representative

Position Term: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Mississauga, ON

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
• Responding and dispatching incoming customer calls
• Taking orders and working closely with shipping to ensure order requirements including Invoicing & Payment
• Conduct limited suggestive selling of client service and support products
• Create monthly product/service reports via excel spreadsheets with basic formulae
• Communicate with re-sellers to issue return authorizations, and maintain organized records
• Validates existing product warranty dates and status with callers
• Attending to visitors and customers

Desired Skills & Experience
• Post-Secondary Education
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Responsible, reliable and ability to work on deadlines
